A furniture retailer creates a signature look for their new store

Miller Waldrop expands into a new market by converting a 2-level 33,000 SF retail space with open atrium into a signature shopping experience complete with an outdoor courtyard for displaying patio furniture & and a Mattress 1st store with its own entrance.

We designed a dramatic new entry tower & transformed the exterior to create an entirely new look that communicated a sense of style & fashion.

The outdoor courtyard serves as a great space to host events & showcase patio furniture.

A large design center at the heart of the store inspires shoppers & allows customers to easily customize their furniture selections.

A new tower creates an eye-catching & dramatic entry, which along with the large signage creates a lantern-like effect to be seen from the nearby highway.

A fashion store is converted to a furniture retailer’s needs

Boulevard Home moves its Mesquite, Nevada store to a larger 25,000 SF building that was previously occupied by a fashion retailer & converts it into a customer-centric space.

We designed the entire space to be inspiring & fun to shop. We focused on key amenities, such as a centrally-located guest services area where customers can congregate & an engaging design center where customers can customize their furniture selections.
